Captain Stephen

Stephen is a USMC veteran. He holds a Master’s in Maritime Studies for maritime archaeology and history. He has helped many communities recover and rebuild from hurricane damage in the Southeastern US and Caribbean. Stephen enjoys sailing, SCUBA, fishing, and 18th Century reenacting.
